Sunday, November 11, 2007 - Opened, decanted, and sipped over several hours. Noted continued improvement (about the 3 hour point this got going). Nice dark ruby color to the edges. Nose is primarily earthy with plum notes. Medium bodied, ripe plum, cedar, sour cherry and earthy notes on the palate. Very nice, with noticeable, but smooth, tannins. Good structure, nice lingering finish. Good value at $28.
