Wednesday, December 19, 2012 - Served with beef filet and following cheese course. This wine is a baby! On the nose, black fruits, cassis, almost no tertiary characteristics. Very tight. The palate also not giving away many flavors. The medium plus acidity and the sweet and integrated tannins combined with a restrained set of fruits lead me to believe this wine has another decade before coming around.
