Sunday, December 7, 2014 - Had it last night with cote de boeuf at Spago. Decanted 1 hour. Gorgeous wine. I don't want to ruin it with words, which won't do it justice. The texture of the wine was like nothing I've had before: silky / velvety but also vibrant and dynamic at the same time. Pure classic Pauillac flavors. Absolutely no Brett. Just great.
