Friday, July 29, 2022 - Obviously, this was not designed to be drunk alongside a Fourrier village Gevrey, and it took a while to assert itself. And it was drunk outside on a warm evening. It's classic cedar-y claret, fine, serious. Next time we'll treat it with more respect.
