Sunday, October 14, 2012 - Aiolos Tasting: (Aiolos tasting) Ruby red. Attractive but a bit restraint nose, mild oak under a solid fruit base, with a few earth hints (and some mushroom?).
Tight palate, fruity with some oak (and leather?), earth notes return here as well. Tried this one after chateau La Fleur-Petrus and it seems much easier and far more accessible at this point. With a couple hours of decanting this could be drunk now (strange as it seems)
