Thursday, August 18, 2022 - Decanted for an hour and drank over another hour. Nose dominated by fresh spearmint but also a bit of cedar, tobacco, funk and dried thyme. Palate is quite lean: cranberry, steak juices, and rosemary. Grippy tannins with medium acid. 30 second finish of dried cherry, mint and lavender. Very nice but at the price expected a bit more.
