Saturday, April 25, 2020 - Fruit pudding with spice on nose. Well balanced. Medium to full bodied. Surprisingly, mid palate is lacking. Medium plus tannin, medium acid. Decent finish. I was expecting more of this. Oct 29, 2020 update: deep and earthy now, I have a bit of sediment in the glass as it’s my final pour. Bordeaux flavor profile but more dense. In the same ballpark as Renaissance cabs of similar age. Midpalate still lacking. Drink soon, I wouldn’t hold this past 2023.
