Decanted for one hour. The wine is very restrained for predominantly zinfandel. It tasted almost European but with a bit more fruit and chocolate flavor.
This zin is really delicious-on the scale of deliciousness from one to ten it is somewhere around 7.5.
Highly recommend. Drink now with decant or keep for another 3 to 4 years.
