Sunday, June 4, 2017 - 3rd Annual 7 Deadly Zins (well, about 15 this time) (Wayne's place in Darlinghurst): Ripe cherry, baked earth, slight herbaceous notes, slight chocolate and vanilla. On the palate it's juicy and fleshy with cherry fruits & vanilla chocolate and slightly drying tannins. Fresh, nice, easy, quaffable. Better than the bottle we tapped with Coravin.
