Monday, August 13, 2012 - Pale straw yellow color. The nose is somewhat reticent at first, mostly on floral and mineral notes. After two days it fully opens up showing very sweet white pit fruit notes. The palate starts intense and almost sweet, turns then to mineral ending up with salinity (almost). It has a certain viscosity and good acidity. Surprisingly enjoyable at age four, and I think it could still last for a while. (87-88)
