Sunday, March 31, 2024 - Bought at an auction. Bottle in perfect condition with a cork half soaked.
Initially very sweet, it develped quite nicely in the glass. At first it reminded me of a priorat we had the evening before.
While this is drinking well now, there seems to be no rush for bottles in good condition.
Always funny to read on the label that the producer recommended drinking the wine immediatly upon release of with a bit of age (5-7 years). That's the beauty of wine.
