Saturday, August 13, 2011 - Amazing wine, still life ahead. Medium lemon yellow, honey, buttered toast and white flowers. Complex flavors and depth to this one. Plenty of minerality and acid backbone, but smooth and easy to drink. Happy I have 7 more bottles, because this is wonderful aged Chablis with no signs of being too old.
