Thursday, November 10, 2016 - Served as an aperitif with hors d' oeuvres. Color was on the tan side of rose which had me concerned at first. Upon opening and early in the first pour, the welcome aroma of yeast was effortlessly evident. This enamored me to this crisp, dry, slightly minerally effort. Agree with Merky_Waters about the watermelon fruit character but would not say that this was overtly fruity. Bubbles were medium in size. Great value rose cremant lacking only in color to fully season a romantic moment.
