Friday, March 12, 2021 - Deep black coloring. More savory, not a fruit bomb. Paired very well with some olives that brought out the sanguine elements of the wine. A more Northern Rhone-ish profile. Nicely done and good bottle composition given the age. Was pleased that the hold time on the bottle was rewarded. Under cork.
