I dig this wine though with it's big fruit yet very clear acidity and quite a bit of tannin to boot. Red spicy pomegranite like fruit with good lift, no heaviness and really rather medium weight. I really like what I imagine the field blend brings here. If you like them a bit brambly and rough its good now but if smoothness and roundness if your appetite I would wait several years on this one.
