Monday, December 20, 2010 - I'm a hugh fan of Carlisle wine. Earlier in the day, we visited with Mike Carlisle, and this bottle was to be a celebratory bottle with dinner in Napa. It was a dark grape color and sweet, in a pleasant way. Alch is 14.9. It was hot going down. For whatever unknown reason, this affected my enjoyment of the wine. FYI, the '09 lineup is awesome!
