I'll admit I am getting at this now as next to it I am making an Aztec soup with a lot of dried chili, onion and tomatoe, which this would be doomed next to! The flavors of this 2007 are nice and deep, with zesty berry and a smoothing out texture. I'll concur with others about the absence of heat here, even at room temp. Juicy and luscious. Really good Carlisle.
