Saturday, August 24, 2013 - Inspired by a friend's note on the '09 version decided to check in on the '07s. I had opened '07 Papera recently which was a brute and too young, but this one was ready. Fresh blackberry/blueberry, rich loam. Enough acidity to hold it together. A good showing, but not a show stopper. Drank well on night two, think this is good now but could be enjoyed in the next 1-2 yrs.
