Friday, January 23, 2015 - Last bottle! Fragrant nose of raspberry coulis, cherry pie filling, plum and soy sauce. Dry on the palate, with refreshingly tart acidity - somewhat lighter in body than the nose might suggest, but packed with red fruit, most notably fresh raspberry - as concentrated as jam, but without any of the sweetness. No discernible oak. The length is long. Just wonderful. Drinking beautifully now.
