Saturday, August 4, 2018 - The 2007 Carlisle Vineyard is showing beautiful with an intense mix of fresh strawberry, raspberry, and blueberry, with brown sugar, sweet spice, dusty cedar, sage, and hints of moist earth. On the palate, I found soft textures with zesty acidity, showing ripe red and blue fruits, sweet herbs, tobacco, and spice. The finish was long and soft with lingering notes of cinnamon, sweet citrus, and candied cherry.
