90 Points

Wednesday, March 7, 2018 - On opening I saw threshold cork taint. It sort of blew off and nobody else saw it. A very honeyed, bigger style of Sauvignon showing more secondary characters, brioche, marzipan, oaky lactones and grassy spices. Very clean and mineral palate with enough fruit weight to balance it. Caught this bottle at a good stage I think, and I'd suggest drinking soon based off the fact that the 30-50ml left in the decanter looked tired and flabby 6-7 hours later.
