Friday, March 5, 2021 - This bottle was very enjoyable to slowly sip thru the entire evening, the secret seems to be to decant for 4 hours before drinking. Complex, resolved tannins, balanced acidity/minerality. Great nose, restrained but deep Napa cabernet flavors.
