I visited Boursan today so when I saw this bottle in a shop with great AC, I had to give it a try as i have loved it in the past.

Explosive nose of red berries, spice and flowers...no sign of a warm vintage at all.
Palate is lifted with great balancing acid. Fruit is pure and red....strawberry, raspberry, cranberry, asian spice, red flowers, minerals, soil, moss and a hint of soy.
Finish is long....

This is showing so well and can easily age another 5 years if stored properly. Fantastic producer and bottling.
