Friday, July 10, 2015 - We shared with Kevin and Missy at their lake house after wonderful charcuterie paired with a brilliant 1996 Chateau Montelana cab. What a treat to open and share among good friends. The 2003 HS continues to impress. Dense and full-bodied with strong blackberry and cassis flavors. Tannins show up on the finish, but all gorgeously in sync.
