Saturday, July 28, 2018 - My third vintage of HS, previously 2005 and 2012.
The 2005 was too sweet for me, while the 2012 was very good, alas quite "big".
The 2003 vintage is more Bordeaux-like, not as big as the 2012 and certainly not as sweet as the 2005.
Still quite Californian with alcohol (heat) and quite tasty.
Decant ca 2 hours, or even better: Wait 2-3 years.
