Monday, September 20, 2021 - Beautiful garnet with light amber edge. Ripe, extracted fruit with flint, Asian spice, rhubarb and sweet oak. Quintessential CA Cabernet with lovely notes of blackberry extract, some mocha and several layers along with well defined structure. Definitely drink up.

p.s. mexican pork & beef hash with roasted cauliflower.
