Sunday, December 29, 2019 - This held up very well over time. Drinks very much like a French Bordeaux. Lighter and earthy with a little sweetness. Not crazy for it but it’s aged a bit yet I appreciate the softness of it. I prefer a younger or just more fruit forward Cabernet. I’d probably just enjoy a younger vintage. I’ll have to compare my notes in the future
