Tuesday, June 7, 2022 - Not a detailed TN. Weak nose. Lots of fine bubbles, great mouthfeel, dry, spot on acidity. Nice balance of fruit and minerals on the palate. Decent saline and mineral driven finish.

I think the Mumm Napa Rose is a better entry level sparkling rose overall but this has a lower dosage. Both are great entry level CA Rose Bubbly.
