Sunday, February 28, 2010 - We had this after we got home from our 6 year anniversary dinner. It had a great bouquet of barnyard, cherry, raspberry and spice aromas. The palate was very smooth and balanced with cherry, raspberry, red currant, spice and dirt flavors. It was dry, very tasty and extremely tart (too much for me) with a long, 50 second finish.
