Sunday, August 14, 2022 - German Riesling from 1971 to 2012 (Los Gatos, California): Full yellow. Muted aromatics. Light and fresh, low alcohol and residual sugar. Acidity is also on the lower side, but significant slate provides the framing. Delicate and delightful to drink now with a sense of everything being finely poised and in place. Probably fully mature.
