Wednesday, June 8, 2011 - This is a very nice pinot. It could age a little more safely. The fruit is still there and the tannins have (apparently) soften a bit. Opened up within about 1/2 hour. Aroma and taste like pinot, body more towards medium. Looking forward to really drinking it tomorrow.
