Friday, September 25, 2020 - Remarkably light yellow for a 17 year old white. Perfumed floral nose. Very dry, somewhat steely/stony palate profile a bit like a German trocken. Merest hint of kero but way more lime/lemon. Doesn't go naturally on its own, needs grilled fresh sardines to balance it out. Would seem to have an indefinite life.
