Friday, January 11, 2013 - Tasted Blind. I got a nose of buttered popcorn, although I must admit no one else backed my claim. Whatever it was, the nose was very interesting with a nice wet stone smell running though it as well. On the palate it was dry and I got lime, lemon, honeydew and something vegetal. Could have passed for a Sauvignon Blanc but I knew it wasn't that. In the end it was a Gruner Veltliner.
