Friday, May 13, 2011 - Not decanted (although it really should have been). A structured cab, dark in color and flavor. Hints of blackberry & currants, but notes of bark (or cherry pit), and ink/tar are just as prominent. Seems to be just barely edging into some secondary development. Drinking well now with enough air, but I think this deserves time to develop.
