Friday, March 1, 2019 - Tooch Going Away Dinner (TDS): Appealing nose of mature plum fruit, band aid and green pepper. Mature fruit still has good energy and richness. Nice complexity of earth, funk, cigar and bell pepper. Nice, but this is a little subdued relative to 1st Growth expectations.
