Sunday, October 16, 2011 - Very nice bouquet with a mix of tobacco, herbs, earthy gravel, soy sauce and consistently showed up on the palate as well - sweet tobacco, mocha, currants, plummy and hint of saltiness & spice at the back as well. Good balance, structure and certainly very attractive now. It has a savory and mouth-watering acid finish.
