Monday, December 21, 2015 - Fully mature, with a smoky, thyme, earth, lit cigar, leafy forest and cassis filled nose. There is a slight sense of rusticity on the medium bodied, palate that alternates between fresh cassis and cranberry fruits in the finish. I'd probably opt for drinking this sooner than later.
