Sunday, June 13, 2010 - I had been holding this wine for 6 or so years waiting for it to be ready. Every tasting I had been to the wine was so young and tight that I was hesitant to open my bottles. This wine was near perfect. After 10 minutes in the glass it was singing. Great expression of the Cabernet grape, my friend said it tasted like roses. Very nice!
