Friday, December 31, 2010 - Almost clear, and noticeably more bubbly than other sparklers we were comparing too. Aroma is wonderful - flowers, perfume, spring-time air. Fantastic. Taste is surprisingly sweet at first, but very well-balanced. Has hints of green apple and that acidity balances out the sweet very well. Excellent stuff.
