Tuesday, December 31, 2013 - Lovely ruby to mahogany. Old furniture polish. Faded autumn fruits - redcurrant, blackberry. Leather and smoky meat. Lots of acidity. Long. Just the autumnal smoke, bonfire cooking, great complexity. Joy in a glass.
