Wednesday, November 4, 2020 - Tasted blind. Outrageous acidity. This wine would have been pale lemon in colour at some time. Now light copper. Lively, unctuous but kept firmly in check by its acidity. Complex and with a longish finish. Like licking stainless steel covered in lemon juice. So memorable.
