Wednesday, January 12, 2011 - I love this pinot noir smell of cassis and dry oak in perfect equilibrium (and I know I cannot yet quite describe it). The palate starts very fresh, with red berries and cherries. It takes warmth and a little weight in the middle. Then continues with a little astringency and a long ending. A somewhat bitter aftertaste which I like.
Beautiful.
