Wednesday, March 24, 2010 - Nice ripe style. Spice driven showing a laser like acid driven focus. Not too creamy in terms of mouth feel but well made.
Rustic raspberries, cranberries, strawberries, black pepper, smoke, dusty trail and light earth.
Rhubarb on the palate with more spicy red fruit. Nice finish showcasing the beautiful acidity indicating this wine will age well for 5-7 years.
