Monday, November 24, 2014 - PnP. Slightly darker yellow than the usual Chablis. Upon opening not the most expressive nose but gains more minerality with more air. Unusually oily texture on the palate, slightly sweet and with good weight, white fruits, minerals, some nutty flavours. Long finish. Excellent, even though I would not mind a touch more freshness...
