Friday, July 27, 2018 - Floral nose, taste of lemon, honey, a bit hazelnut (oak), white pepper, stony, getting more and more dry, enormously dense, a slight petrol note, which some may consider as oxidized, but which is for me a sign of evolution and ripeness (look at the Alsace Grand cru Rieslings of a ripe year). I write this after 1 hour of tasting and it is getting better and better, buttery notes appear and more and more white pepper, simply great.
