Friday, October 22, 2021 - Dark straw. Not badly oxidised but not fresh either. Burnt apple at the edges. But plenty of body, citrus, white florality, bit of chalk. Good body and concentration. Fairly long. After a couple of hours in the glass the colour lightened, the oxidised notes retreated and it tasted much fresher.
