Saturday, June 4, 2022 - A youthful (for the age) medium to medium deep yellow. Minerally, crushed gravel/seashell over citrus pith. Palate is also pure, Classic Chablis, taut and minerally but with a soft core of sweet, ripe Meyer lemon fruit. Smooth, no tight or sharp edges, yet ample acidity, and a very long finish. Ticks all the boxes. Very worthy this evening. Living up to its billing plus some. Delish.
