Sunday, March 7, 2010 - A thoroughly enjoyable drinking wine. Not sure it could hold up to a meal of any weight. Right after opening the bottle there was a bit of phenolic on the nose and palate, but this blew off rather quickly. As the nose opened up the bright fruit began to pour forth. The palate was exceedingly smooth and gave a long finish. Although the color is light, the wine if full bodied. The Reserva shows more depth and generous flavor than the Crianza from the same year.
