Saturday, January 30, 2010 - Notes from day 2. Light medium gold color. Nose of white flowers, pineapple, little citrus and cream in there as well. On the palate there was more of the same with a little more citrus comming through, pineapple, cream, slate, but some white pepper noted on the end. There is oak used, but it is well balanced IMO. Will say this is better served closer to 55 as the white pepper heat appears when it is warmer. Drink. 50+5+12+17+7
