Thursday, May 20, 2021 - Popped, poured, consumed over next two hours. This seems fully developed and tertiary to me. Excellent balance, integration, amplitude, character, and complexity. This is the answer to anyone who thinks Sancerre doesn't improve with age. It certainly does!
